RoadGuard utilizes ISO 9100 manufacturing practices and is built for maximum strength and stability, featuring an aggressive tread for heavy machinery and a solid, puncture-resistant surface designed to withstand the most demanding environments. Ideal for construction, oil & gas, utilities, and other industrial applications, this high-performance mat is made from 100% recycled HMWPE, ensuring exceptional durability and environmental responsibility.
These rugged mats measure 7’ x 14’ x 4” and are engineered for extreme conditions, offering superior load-bearing capacity while remaining resistant to weather, chemicals, and impact. RoadGuard’s design prevents weak points, and its pin connection system ensures a stable and secure work surface on uneven, sloping, or rough terrain.
Weighing approximately 815 lbs. (367 kg), RoadGuard can be easily transported and deployed without specialized equipment. Secure pin connections allow for seamless mat linking to create reliable temporary roads, accessways, or work platforms in all terrains.
